Ruby Red Chocolate
We all love chocolates, and we have been savoring the dark, milky, and white varieties right since the time we could remember. It took years to find a new color, a dreamlike edition, and which would endorse the abundance of its brand. And finally, it arrived-Ruby red, the 4th chocolate. Having joined the bandwagon not so long ago and next to the dark, white, and milk chocolates we are used to, it is made from Ruby red cocoa beans, which grows under unique climate conditions and can be found mostly in Ecuador, Brazil, Belgium or Ivory Coast. It is neither bitter, milky, or sweet but tastes like fresh berries while giving a natural plant-based red color to the chocolate.
And because of its red color, it is a chocolatier’s delight. Further, as the artisan models it in different chocolate molds, his craft is unimaginable and limitless and he can give it any shape he likes. We are going to make a large succulent flower with Ruby red chocolate here.
Ingredients for the chocolate
2 cup red cocoa bean powder/mass
¾ cup cocoa butter
2/3 cup milk powder
½ sugar
Recipe
Place cocoa butter in a small heat-safe cup/bowl and add little water. Then place this cup in a shallow pan with hot water, and beat the butter till it is smooth. Once the butter has mixed well and it has liquefied, add red cocoa bean powder, milk powder, and pounded sugar, and mix nicely until smooth.
Check the consistency of the chocolate. The molten chocolate should not be too hard or too thin and the texture should be smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate in the flower mold once ready and refrigerate it for 30 min in the deep freezer.
The red Ruby chocolate flower will be ready for exhibitions and functions that delight connoisseurs with sophisticated tastes.
