As Kevin James once said, there is no better feeling in the world than a box of hot pizza on the laps, they have evolved from the time when they were first introduced to the world by the Italians as a plain round crust with little cheese. And, what was once a poor man’s food has evolved since then as an entire food pyramid with assortments of cheese, tomatoes, olives, soya, veggies, chicken pepperoni, sausage and many more nutritional toppings. As its popularity is increasing the world over by the day, and understanding that it will never go out of trend, newer toppings are being created every little interval to suit the changing tastes. What’s more, it is a complete filling meal and can be enjoyed as a snack as well!

Ever heard of a red pizza that looks like a bed of dry rose petals? Well, let us bake a Ketchup pizza crackle pie with hot sauce. It will give you a different taste which is a mix of both sweet and tangy. And for that flavor frisson, we can swap pizza sauce for ketchup and without compromising on the taste.

Ketchup has been my personal favorite, so I never run short of it. Moreover, I hoard the unused sachets from home deliveries. Yet, homemade ketchup will never go out of style because of its fresh ingredients which are healthy as well as flavorful.

Take basic ingredients like tomatoes, sugar, vinegar, and seasonings, little white salt, and red pepper to make tasty ketchup. For that spicy, flavorful taste, add Umami also known as monosodium glutamate, the core, fifth taste which is present in ketchup for a deep flavor. You may add cloves, garlic, onions, cinnamon, and other spices for a punch. For more varieties, you may make your molten chocolate crackle pie for dessert, chocolate cheese crackle pie, vanilla crackle pie or garlic mushroom crackle pie, barbeque crackle pie, ranch crackle pie, etc s for dinner choosing from a range of options for sauce — caramel, ranch dip, barbeque dip, chocolate syrup, or even Worcestershire sauce — depending on your recipe. This particular crackle pie uses hot sauce, which is low-priced and is easily available.

Since Cheese is non-Vegan, you can make Vegan cheese with agar and tapioca starch by boiling them with water. And depending on the consistency you want, the amount of agar can be increased or decreased. Add an additional tbsp of nutritional yeast for a cheesier flavor, and for thick slice cheese, refrigerate the meltable version for 30 minutes in a mold of your preferred shape.
