You can serve this cheese log alone with crackers or it makes a fabulous addition to a cheese board complete with grapes, nuts, meats, pickles, cucumbers, etc. The leftovers make a fabulous bread and bagel spread or tantalizing mixed in warm pasta! anyway you serve it, your taste buds will be in flavor, texture heaven with this Cheese Log!

Fruit Roll-Ups is a brand of fruit snack that debuted in grocery stores across America in 1983. It is a flat, pectin-based, fruit-flavored snack rolled into a tube, spread on a backing sheet of cellophane to prevent the product from sticking to itself.

INGREDIENTS

1.Any of the Pre-sliced white cheese on the list:

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut all the slices of white cheese and fruit-roll up into one size.

1.Lay down the first pre cut white cheese slice.

2.Lay down on top of the pre cut white cheese a slice

of the fruit roll-ups.

3 Repeat the same twice.

4.Spred pasticcios across to of the slices at one end of one pile.

5.Start rolling up the two layers of the cheese slice

with the fruit roll-ups and the pasticcios inside.

6. Roll it all up to a tube and roll the tube on the pumpkin seed that are spared on a counter until the pumpkin seed are imbedded into to the cheese all around on the outside slice of cheese.

7.Roll it into to a backing paper, tie up the two ends by twisting the paper on each end for it not to unroll, and place in the oven for 3 minutes under 200 degrees for the entire thing to stick together.

The cheese log can be refrigerated at this point until ready to serve or serve immediately.

When ready to serve, remove cheese log from refrigerator 15 minutes beforehand so it can soften then drizzle with nuts just before serving for one more punch of YUM.
