Let’s be honest, is there anything in this world better than cheese? Well, this inventive recipe might just be the answer to all your wildest healthy food dreams. Think of it as the Gen x version of nachos, a healthier take on everybody’s favourite finger food. Not only can you experience the melt in your mouth sensation of premium Boursin cheese, but you can cut on the calories by eating it with Naco Shells.

With the rise of social media, pretty much everyone wants to have their cake and eat it too. Now we can actually take care of our skin (and our bodies) while living it up nacho-style! In case you were wondering what Boursin cheese is, it’s basically a brand of soft cheese with a strong salty taste. At first glance it might look like something only the rich and famous would eat, but that’s kind of the whole point!

Imagine inviting your friends over and whipping up this fancy dish in a matter of seconds? You’ll go from zero to hero before the microwave can even ping! And when you sink your teeth into the first bite, be prepared for your eyes to be rolling straight into the back of your head. The sweetness of the Nacho creates the perfect complement to the salty cheese.

It’s even better than real nachos folks! You get the exact same crunch and yummy taste, while still adding a heap of nutrients to the bloodstream! Seriously people, I love this dish so much I actually lived off it for a week! In fact, now that I think about it, next week’s shopping list is sorted!
